My wife purchased the BA-13 for our home. We never felt so clean and refreshed. The adjustable warm seat and water works excellent. The fact the machine sterilizes itself is amazing. Every home should have one.
I give it a score of 10 ! |

Works OK, Not Great
Using this model Coway bidet for about a year and glad it's still working.
When first received the unit worked about a week and then stopped heating the water for the spray function. Had to go through the retail store to obtain corrective action. Both the retailer and Coway were incredulous about my report. The unit had to be returned to Coway (of course requiring uninstall and reinstall of the original seat--no replacement unit would be sent). Repair did not take too long, and the unit has operated as designed ever since.
In a nutshell, my review findings:
- Spray force inadequate at highest setting. Manufacturer is probably too cautious about liability in case someone shot a strong jet up their woo-woo.
- Water temp inadequate at highest setting. Similar liability reason.
I have had no other device to compare it to, so these comments may not be unusual across similar product lines.
Probably none of these electric bidets is as effective as plumbed-in models encountered in Europe and South America. |
