The seat is warm and also the water. I feel comfort everytime I use it. It is also perfect for women because of the warm toilet seat. No more excessive usage bathroom tissue from my children. I can feel fresh without using my hands from cleaning to drying.

Love it.
I personally like all coway products but this one has been that most want of all.
I save money (not toilet paper), I maintain my restroom clean and myself too.
and also if has help my husband with his hemorrhoids.
But Iâm going to upgrade myself with the new Coway BA-13 âIT IS SUPERâ.
My husband and I are looking forward to try this new BA-13
I am going to save more with this product by no buying more filters, and also the new control remote it every easy for my kids to use.
